This hand-formed and hand-cast ring is made from 835 silver recycled from antique Dutch spoons, giving new life to historic silver through contemporary craftsmanship.

Originally intended to hold a Swarovski crystal cast in place, the stone did not survive the process — leaving behind a carefully polished setting that now reflects light like a mirror.

What remains is a contrast between the satin-textured band and the highly polished, empty stone bed: a visible trace of what was meant to be there.

The result is a quiet reinterpretation of a gemstone ring — where absence becomes the focal point and the process itself is part of the design.

Each ring is individually made by hand, so no two will ever be the same — this piece exists only once.
